Owing to the use of stabilizer and special interior treatment, blood specimen can be preserved for longer time without change in its original status and the supersession of blood cells almost ceases. It is suitable in blood collection and anticoagulation for analysis of blood sugar, red cell electrophoresis, anti-alcalyne haemoglobin, glucose hemolysis, etc. It is used for glucose determinations
